The St. Demetrios Church parish council is a ministry responsible for upholding the mission of our church and humbly representing the faithful of our parish.
Philoptochos
Philoptochos means “friend of the poor”. This ministry has the opportunity and privilege to return to God a small portion of the time, talent and treasures with which He has so generously blessed us by aiding the poor, the hungry, the marginalized and the oppressed.
Choir

Participating in divine worship services as choir members is a sacred responsibility. St. Demetrios’ talented and dedicated choir lift up their voices, bring a richness to the worship experience, and help lead the congregation in giving praise.
